Returns, Refund & Cancellations Policy

This Returns Policy explains what we offer our customers for returned products in addition to our customers’ legal rights. Some of these legal rights are also summarised below. Please note exemptions: Any of our bespoke tinctures, powders, teas or creams that have been made specifically for you are exempt from the returns and cancellation policy. In the event they arrive damaged please contact us on 0208 892 3911 or info@botanicalboutique.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

 

Returning a product

Hopefully you won’t want to return our products, but if you change your mind, please kindly inform us via email info@botanicalboutique.co.uk and re-package your return with a note including your name and order number. Send it within 30 days from receipt to:

We can only process refunds for returned products that arrive in a re-saleable condition. Please help us to ensure you qualify for a full refund by:
✓ checking the safety seal on the product is intact
✓ ensuring the product is well packaged
✓ obtaining proof of postage

We recommend using a trackable service on all returns. We don’t cover postage costs where you have changed your mind about the purchase.

 

Your legal rights

If there’s a problem with your order, for example, if it has been damaged in transit, you will need to return it to us within 30 days from receipt to receive a refund or replacement. Please contact us by email at info@botanicalboutique.co.uk or call 0208 892 3911 to let us know about the problem and we’ll give you instructions for what to do next. Please make sure to include your order number when contacting us.

Your statutory right to withdraw an offer to buy our products is lost as soon as your order is successfully placed with us, as we begin to fulfil the order within minutes of receiving it.

You also have a statutory right to cancel an order if you change your mind within 14 days from when you, or someone you nominate, has received our products. Please see the returns address and information above.

To meet the statutory cancellation deadline, the minimum you need to do is to let us know you’ve decided to cancel, however, you need to return the products within 14 days from when you told us you want to cancel. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option, as we can’t issue a refund until we receive the goods, or you send us proof of postage.

 

How long it takes to receive a refund 

As soon as we receive your order back, we check it and then issue you with a refund on to your original payment card. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the products due to unnecessary handling by you. Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed. Once refunded, transactions can take 5-10 working days to clear through your bank.
