Two easy to swallow daily capsules contain 500mg DHA, 250mg EPA (the two most important omega-3s) and 4mg astaxanthin. Omega-3 is very difficult to find in plant based diets and astaxanthin is the main reason people buy krill oil supplements. Algae oil (schizochytrium sp. oil, high oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), astaxanthin oil (haematococcus pluvialis extract, d alpha tocopherol).
