Chemical Constituents – Citronellol, geraniol, linalool

Uses – Supports the endocrine system and helps to balance the effects of our hormones. Useful in aiding elimination and dispelling fluid retention and congestion. Excellent in skin care for combination and mature skin types. Balancing and harmonising to the emotions as well.

Additional Information – We offer two Geranium types. The ‘Bourbon type’ Geranium has a slightly different chemical make up with a richer, deep and rounded fragrance, so it is preferred by perfumers. For aromatherapy usage our regular geranium listed here, is generally selected. Both are beautifully fragrant and very high quality.

Organic Certificate – This essential oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government’s minimum requirements for organic products in many areas but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides.
